Magento front-end design

We have an existing online store made on Magento (ver 1. 6). We need a new theme creating from an exisiting theme, changes will be required on front page other subsequent pages, including category pages and also product page, including menu bar changes, flash screen and layered navigation changes and including a recommend gallery and ajax elements, including but exclsuive to update of checkout with wanted product, Product and Image Rollovers, Text Box Suggestions and also a dynamic page width and also facebook login, so users can log directly in, there should also be an option to comment on and send tweets for each product. ALL PSD's will be provided that will outline the design on the pages and thorough instructions will also be provided. Apart from things mentioned above, the designer cum developer should view our online store and suggest and make changes in UI (i.e. font color, size, background color) so that the online store looks best in its category. The bidder should be very experienced in Magento and must be contactable via skype daily, all extentions have been brought already, and ALL testing must be done on your own testing server!! we also require that the site is analysised and checked for any code that is buggy or not completed perfectly and ammend. long term working relationship possible.
