Build a simple job board website, immediate start and support, all freelancers considered

We are looking for a freelancer who can create a job board website for us. Please read this, immediate start. The function of the website will be: for companies who want to recruit can send us their job description or information about a role they would like to fill. They should be able to fill in a form at the top of the page. For candidates they should be able to upload their CV and tick key boxes such as: type of industries, salary, perm or contract or temp or voluntary jobs, locations (i would like this to be a global firm search). I like the below layout for a home page but happy to hear your options. (Home page)Live list of jobs: for this section i would like us to feed up to date and live jobs, this ideally should be automated so for example if certain job websites i want to pull their data in regularly we should also display those on our website.
