Hello Freelancers: I need to build a simple Wordpress website based on a MySQL database for storing results of tests we have performed. The website will include: * approx 3 web forms, which will be used to either insert a record into the database or change an existing record in the database. * approx 2-3 pages which generate a "report" based on the data in a chosen database record * 2 pages which present filtered data in a "table" format (these pages will include further filters to refine the selection of records) * a "search" page which allows the user to search for certain data in the database * a logon feature which secures the entire website * ability to upload photographs in each record, which are automatically resized when uploaded The site must be fully mobile responsive. The site will be hosted on our own cPanel domain. The database will have a number of columns, each with different attributes. All requires will be set out in a detailed design brief, which includes concepts of each page required.
