**PLEASE** take your time and read all the way through this brief or I will probably not accept consider your bid... I have PSD designs I'd like to convert into an existing Wordpress-based marketplace website theme. The custom design was based on the current website's functionality but I will also need additional technical development to remove the current theme's features and to add required functionality. Additionally, I need a separate / stand alone WordPress blog theme created or modified to compliment the main website's design. I've included the homepage PSD with this brief to give you an idea of where I am starting. The development site is password protected but located at: [login to view URL] Username: vto Password: VTOp4ssword1 This is an ongoing project which will require full-time focus over the next couple of weeks and then updates and features added after. I am looking for a freelancer, or an agency, with demonstrated experience, clean compliant code and full-stack capability as well as the following advanced capabilities at a minimum: ** WordPress/CSS/PHP/MySQL - Fully Responsive Design ** Programming and Custom Development ** CDN / AWS / Cloud Distributed Content ** PayPal API and Functionality ** Website Testing ** Not afraid to make design, UX or functionality recommendations.
