Hello, I am looking for a skilled freelancer who is 'EXTREMELY GOOD' with CSS3 and fairly good with PHP, JS and HTML. I need you to redesign a part of my existing site (the billing portal) by modifying mainly the CSS of the site to match the wordpress themes style CSS that I purchased. You may also need to alter some of the exiting PHP/ HTML code to match the new expected layout. There are about 41 PHP files that control the style of the billing portal though most of them are less than 10 KB in size. Please do not apply if you are not 'VERY' good with CSS/ media queries or have too many projects in hand. Please reply with the following information: 1. Your turn around time and the buffer time (in case you exceed). 2. 3 to 5 of your web based/ design projects that you have made in the past(Please do not share a big list of your portfolio, as I will NOT go through it. Try to share the ones which depict your design style and are related to modern HTML5 layouts and standards). 3. How soon can you get started? 4.
