Statement of Need: The Association for Nonsmokers-MN (ANSR) seeks an experienced web designer/developer to complete WordPress upgrades and resolve issues on our website, www.ansrmn.org. Background: ANSR is a nonprofit organization located in Saint Paul, MN dedicated to reducing the human and economic costs of tobacco use in our state. Our website serves multiple purposes, including hosting information about our many programs, providing links and downloads of our resources for our local, state and national partner organizations, allowing us to share regular updates about our work and successes, soliciting donations, and linking to our social media platforms. In 2014, we hired a web designer/developer to upgrade our website to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing. That work entailed us moving to a WordPress template while maintaining web hosting with Adapta. Content management is done in-house. We are extremely happy with the overall look of the site, but we are experiencing some ongoing issues with the functionality of our site. And, due to some unforeseen circumstances, the website designer/developer we initially worked with is no longer available to us. Therefore, we are seeking a professional web designer/developer to make our site operate smoothly and provide us with some tools to troubleshoot issues in the future. Timeline: Work should begin ASAP. Final invoice must be received by 10/31/2016. Project Details: See attached
