Front-end dev with strong javascript required for basic interactive games

I'm after a skilled front-end developer who also has a good eye for design. I wont dictate which tech you use, but I prefer to keep things simple myself. Please only bid on this job if: 1. you're very comfortable with javascript 2. you can troubleshoot and fix browser issues 3. you understand real-world deadlines – timing for this job is reasonable, but you must be able to deliver 4. you can communicate well and often (via email, IM, slack – whatever you're most comfortable with) as the project moves along Design assets and direction will be provided. Your task will be to follow a design direction, developing simple games for 5-7 year olds. There will be 4-5 games (as well as a 'menu' page), but let's start with the following game before you move to the rest of the project: Game 1: Build a scene a. A background image is displayed with 10 illustrations/icons shown in a panel. b. User is instructed to build a scene by dragging and dropping the icons on to the background. c. Once the user is happy with their built scene, they can click a 'take a photo' button, once clicked a screenshot of the scene is taken and user is presented with a save dialog to save the JPG locally. Your job: 1. Build the front-end from supplied mockups and assets. 2. Build the game, following the full game spec (a more detailed and technical version of the above game description). 3. Test for target browsers and devices (all major modern desktop browsers, android phone, iOS, current version + previous version). Please feel free to ask any questions.
