Hello, I have this site: [login to view URL] When Mouse Over the blue words, then a 5 seconds video start for each word. But videos start slow. Can you assist to make the video launch after page load into RAM or save videos in a different format that all experience will be smooth? The videos are small size and short, so its not large file sizes. Appreciate your help!, J
