Reformat 300 website pages

We need a freelancer to reformat our content (articles) on our Drupal website. We are moving to a new look and feel on our website. You will be removing / changing some content and setting some fields. There are 300 website pages that need edited. You will be supplied a list of these pages. We have timed ourselves making the changes, and it takes us about 6 minutes per page on average, so this project is about 30 hours of work. You will be using a WYSIWYG editor (similar to wordpress) to remove some paragraphs from the content and reformat the text if needed. We will give you feedback on the first few pages you edit, once you edit 10 pages you should definitely have the “hang of it”, and the rest of the pages should go very quickly. The following needs to be done on each page: #1 Before making any changes, switch the input type to "rich text" #2 remove the social media "share" section at the top & bottom of the page(if they exist); eliminate any large spaces that are left #3 – copy the first line of the article into the H1-Title field; copy the 2nd line of the article (above the author) into the brief description field; delete those lines (Title and subtitle) from the body of the article; #4 – Capitalize all words in the H1 title, except for small words like “in, of, the, as” if needed #5 remove the "support us" section at the bottom (if it exists) #6 Author section set the author of the page if it is not set; use the existing author bio info to create the author page if it does not already exist. Then, Remove the original About the Author section at the bottom (author is selected via an admin view) #7 Fix all image captions if they are broken - Copy the captions into the image title field, and delete them from the body. #8 If there are images on the page - check the image sizes by opening the images in a new tab and hovering over the page title. If needed - increase size of images to native size in the appearance tab by deleting the fixed size in the dimensions field, however they should not be more than 800 pixels wide. Do not stretch any images behind native size. If the image is larger than 800 pixels wide, set the longest dimension to 800 pixels #9 Scan the article to ensure the new H2, H3 header formatting has been properly applied. If not, clear the existing formatting with the "eraser" tool so it is applied. #10 If there is a header image in the article (an image that appears before any text), save the image and upload that image into the article header image field; delete the original image from the article #11 If prompted for the image, use the first image in the article as the image; if it has no images, upload our logo which we will supply We can create a short video that shows us editing the page, so you can see exactly what needs to be done. 25 pages a day must be completed, and all 300 pages must be done in 12 days - which is 2 or 3 hours of work per day. The work must begin the day after the project is accepted. If this schedule is not met the project will be terminated because we must stick to this schedule. A list of the pages to be edited will be provided. Also, the formatting of the pages must be done correctly.
