simple site - based on an existing site

I need a designer who can make a site based on an existing site. The site consists of a main page and then a payment page utilizing PayPal only - there are three options on this page. After the payment page, there will be a download page (can use RapidShare for this if needed). There are three options for the download and that will have to correspond to the payment. Other than the main page, payment page, and download pages, the site shall have: sitemap contact page privacy page buttons for three other pages - can be generic as I will add content. The site only needs to be based on the other site, I will write all content. This job will only take a few hours for a competent person. Please PM any questions.
