Estaría precisando crear un template html5 con la estructura del archivo adjunto. El html es para ser enviado como notificación de servicio, también tiene que soportar Tablet o Smartphone. También lo tengo que convertir a pdf por tal razón todo tiene que entrar en un hoja A4. Como se ilustra en el adjunto. Html5 would create a template specifying the structure of the attachment.
