No heavy graphics, speed is priority. I'm a developer - well a lazy one without creativity. So all I basically need is the frame, a markup, etc...I'll handle the coding. I need a website for elearning, check out [login to view URL] for details about elearning classes. I want a clean website, preferable css based. No widescreen, preferable something centered like [login to view URL] A few pages with different style will be enough. I have too many projects and no time for design, the selected user will be awarded all my project designs if he/she chooses to accept. I have 7 more similar project, all I'm looking for is creativitiy. I'll need complete source, and please no templates.
