Write a Base User Guide on: Basic HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and W3C Standard

Looking for someone to create a basic guide on Basic HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and W3C Standards. Not intended as a technical document or a guide on how to create web pages but a general introduction to concepts, terms and a good explanation of the differences between web page types, fundamentals including CSS, XML and an explanation of W3C Standards. Guide should reflect current technology, standards, terminology and applicable and relevant policies and procedures. Intended as a standalone document to educate the novice in basic web design fundamental, W3C terminology and standards and basic understanding of XML, CSS and other web design standards. Guide should be very comprehensive and should be expanded over current length by at least 10-15 pages. Must be in depth, easy to read. Must be very thorough but not overly complex (average person should easily understand it). Single Space, Time New Roman 12 Font, No Background, Standard Margins, Microsoft Word File Format. Submissions will go through plagiarism check - MUST BE ALL ORIGINAL WRITING! Written content must be royalty free and will be used within book content, credit will not be given to the writer of this project in any finished/published form.
