There is a web editor called CKEditor. It requires that the editor be installed in an existing web page, but it doesn't come with a sample page that does that. If it isn't done just right, then the page won't save.
Please don't suggest I use any other editor. That may look like a good idea to you, but it's not the job posted here. Sorry.
CKEditor unzips with a specific directory structure. The page you'll be working on will be in the "samples" folder, or you can send me a zip file with the COMPLETE contents of the folder you think I need.
You may need to give me some advice, too, and tell me how I can get it working, so I can edit pages and save them to my hard drive. Once I've done one page, then the job is done.
What does "done one page" mean? I paste from Word, paste it in CKEditor, click to save, and then save it to my hard drive. Then I open it in a browser. From there, I adjust the page until it's what I want.
I only have experience with html 4, but I'm learning (slowly).
If you don't have CKEditor, you can get it here(open-source):

This is from the CKEditor "quick start" page ([login to view URL]!/guide/dev_installation):
See the following example:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>A Simple Page with CKEditor</title>
<!-- Make sure the path to CKEditor is correct. -->
<script src="../[login to view URL]"></script>
</head>
<body>
<form>
<textarea name="editor1" id="editor1" rows="10" cols="80">
This is my textarea to be replaced with CKEditor.
</textarea>
<script>
// Replace the <textarea id="editor1"> with a CKEditor
// instance, using default configuration.
[login to view URL]( 'editor1' );
</script>
</form>
</body>
</html>
This is only a matter of putting content into a single webpage, so it's really a very small project. If you know what you're doing, it might take less than a minute, once you have CKEditor on your computer.
