one of our clients, Munchkins, came back with a query as follows:
I have been paying R99.95 per month to Digi-serv and evidently it has been for nothing?? The URL was not renewed? Is there a way we can get a refund? Do you know what happened here? How do we cancel it?
I need to cancel this (brand new at office) and the only reference I have is Belinda from Freelance.
