I've been in IT for nearly 20 years, handling individuals and small business networks, so I have plenty of bug-hunting skills. I can tell you right off the bat that the unknown device is likely NOT malware, but a device not properly recognized by the system due to missing driver or even hardware error. I may or may not be able to load the drivers you're missing. It will all depend on whether 8.1 drivers are available for those devices. As far as the crashing, I can investigate it and see if I can pinpoint the issue.

I can fix the unknown hardware issue and check your system for malwares and remove them. I wont take your time i know what im doing, ive been doing this for 15 years. All i need is a teamviewer session and 30 minutes to do all my checks.
