Convert a VB2005 project to Delphi

I need someone to convert three VB2005 examples to Delphi. The Examples use Modulus Financial Engine TradeScript and StockChartX components. Niether of these components will be provided. If you have them great, if not I am asking that you do the best that you can, possibly making improvements such as creating specific classes as required to get as much code out of the form as possible. I understand you will not be able to test this, we will need to work together transfer the code between us. Just need your help as I am pressed for time.
