Hello, I can make an Access database to print this card and generate the two barcodes. You'll be able to attach the photo either by giving a link to the phathname of the picture file, or you can copy/paste the image in a special field (OLE object). With this database, you'll be able to keep the history of the cards you have already emited, and you'll be able to print them again if needed. I'm a senior database designer, and I've made many label-printing applications with MsAccess.
