Hi, i need help with patching PostgresSQl in Windows.

The above blog provides a patch which i need to patch into my Postgres but i need help with it.
Because i have converted from Oracle to PostgresSQL, all the autonomous transaction needs to be changed as postgres does not support it, thus im using the above blog as a walk-around.
Let me know if you can help or have experience in patching and building it in windows.
