Insert a ready woocommerce product list into OSWAD theme trough child theme and paginate the minicart on the right

My developer has done a good work creating this blackboard (it is a woocommerce products list) [login to view URL] with floating product categories menu (on the left) and floating minicart (on the right) Now I need to: 1) INSERT THE PRODUCTS LIST Insert the blackboard woocommerce product list into the products page of woocommerce of this other website: [login to view URL] (this is exactly the woocommerce products page) using the OSWAD theme, like now ( [login to view URL] ) so then it will look like this SCREENSHOT: [login to view URL] 2) CONFIGURE A CHILD THEME Please create a child theme and apply the changes there if needed and help me update the theme too (actually I am using the version 1.2.1 and the last is 1.2.5), applying also the few changes made form me in the theme (you can find them attached here with filename [login to view URL]), so then I can easily update the theme without break the website. 3) PATCH THE MINICART I need to show the flaoting cart (that you can see on the right ) normally (like in the above SCREENSHOT) and not bad paginated like here (the cause of the bad pagination is this plugin [login to view URL]): [login to view URL] I NEED IT DONE INTO 24 hours.
