We are a growing consulting and training firm located in Cedar Grove, NJ. We are currently looking for a part-time office admin to work on selective projects including helping us with training calendar, event planning, managing content (website, social media, blogs), web research, creating and editing content, answering phone calls, contacting clients, and helping to manage the company. As a startup, the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, willing to learn, high energy, and trustworthy. This job is not for everyone, as we are a high pace and hopefully high growth firm. This means that your role will evolve quickly so you will need to be willing. We are an aspiring B-Corp and have a strong social mission, and we are only looking for people who "believes" in our mission and vision. The firm CEO sits on the board of a number of non-profit organizations, so there can be non-profit oriented work too. The candidate can be remote, but we prefer close to our office in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. We have built in a balance of flexibility, and you do not have to be in our Cedar Grove office every day as you can work from home. Therefore, this position is ideal for stay-at-home parents and college/graduate students. Since our work at mainly project-based, this job is a part-time, contractor position. Candidates MUST have the following qualification: 1. Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal. 2. Must be power computer user and skillful with Microsoft Office, social media tools, and preferably in Word Press 3. For locals, must be able to work in the United States 4. Must be willing to learn. As a training company, one of our "bonus" is nearly unlimited learning. 5. Must be able to work 20 hours a week at a minimum on a project/freelance basis. We will respond only to serious candidates.
