Shipping, tracking and labeling on my website

I have a website that I am needing shipping service, tracking and labeling and it goes like this: User shops at an online store (for example, [login to view URL]) and submits order to our warehouse address. After the order arrives at the warehouse, it is calculated the total shipping cost and sends to wp-admin. Order is created at woocommerce, then customer will be notified about received order via email, text and phone notification and with an invoice they pay in their account. Every order update, user will be notified (ex: cancelled order, processing order, order finalized). At the end of their first email, it will show their order number and will provide information where they can track their order and check their order status. Wp-admin generates shipment tracking number for customer. User can go to the website to track their order number or their account to check their order status. Warehouse generates, downloads and prints shipping labels and packing slip (with barcode of order). Obs: warehouse and wp-admin are the same
