WHMCS to Wordpress plugin

This is a bit of a long shot but here goes... I need a way to allow clients to choose a template from my site, order a service using WHMCS and then for a wordpress site to be installed using that theme already setup and showing. As well as that I would also want other templates and modules to be present on the new wordpress site that has been created. Would be great if the site was also already added to MainWP but this is not essential. I would prefer it if there was a module for this already, and to just have it setup and tested, but I do not know of one personally, but hoping you do. Failing that any suggestions that you may have please feel free to put them forward. Budget will depend on the amount of work and time needed to complete, though can't really affoed more than $100 but will not pay that if your just installing a module for me. Anyway if you have ideas and dont want to post them, just tell me to contact you as you have a solution. Will not choose winner without knowing exactly what you will be doing. Thanks in advance.
