On Site Form filling Program

Write new heavy duty multiplatform source codes to Clone ([login to view URL]; combination checklist narrative) (to download demo); to create customizable Form filling program for onsite survey for a home inspection company. Also see Download the demo (home Inspection Secretary). It can be in MS WORD or HTML, or any other system and it has to take some feed (data base) from some other source (data base storage). The program must work in all Windows OS including Win CE, preferable also in MAC, Linux and Palm. However the final report is printed, either like a MS Word output or something very much like it.
