Bus company on Google Map

We do have a Bus company! all our busses have a GPS inside which we can monitor through application. but we do have a xml file available for further development. . Now only us can monitor: Bus Current Location Driving Speed All the busses have the same route everyday! (no change). So you should create a web application by using google map api so the passengers can: - Select their route and know the estimate arriving time. Should be a very simple interface nothing to fancy. We should be able to add the routes in the back end. I will provide the xml file once you show me STRONG understanding of what i need. if you have sample related work will be awesome!
