Integrate payment and membership system for adult site

I am looking for someone who can integrate the payment system alertpay and either an existing membership management program or you can write one. It would be set-up so when the potential user signs up for the website they will get a username and password (of their choosing) and are immediately able to access the member side of the website. I would also like something set up to prevent password trading etc. I don't know much about this stuff, so I will try to help as much as possible. The website is set up on intuit websites. We are going to be sell memberships to sell videos and such. PLEASE read this and make sure you can do this job before you submit a bid.
