I am a part time Clerical Assistant/Substitute and was previously a Student Assistant at a University. These jobs entailed providing quality customer service, responding to multiple-line phone calls, while greeting & directing people to the appropriate departments. I assisted parents with online registration & navigation of our company's websites in person and over the phone. Other responsibilities of the job included: • Faxing, filing, scanning, typing, and sending business correspondence • Assisting students with written assignments, presentations and other projects • Creating Excel spreadsheets, Word documents; creating & editing brochures, fliers and programs for marketing purposes. (I am also familiar with online media presentation websites such as Prezi, Slidebean, and Apple Keytone) My accuracy and attention to detail along with my strong work ethic, help me to complete any task that is put in front of me.
