Hi, My name is Yannick. Originally from Belgium. At the moment I am residing in Lithuania and in the near future I'm going back to London. My career is mainly based in customer service and contact centers. I started out as an customer support agent. Quickly was promoted to Senior Support agent, wich ment I had to train the new hires and guide them. After a while I got the oppurtunity, to take on a new challenge. Work Force Managment, trafficer specialist. This is a mix between a supervisor and planner. I was responsible for the reporting and analytics. Making sure KPI's where met. I am using my bilingual skills for translations and transcriptions.
