Filemaker Pro - Enhancement to existing Database Solution

I have an existing Filemaker Pro 11 database solution that we need to add up to 5 new modules. The current solution is using Filemakers data separation model which will need to be carried through to these new modules. The client is a construction company so related experience in solutions for this industry will be an advantage. Using existing look and feel, the new modules required are as follows: 1. Process / Project Communication Manager. After importing job specific data from MS Projects or manually adding records, this module will handle timeline notifications to subscribed parties via SMS and / or email. All layouts (not necessarily function) need to be iPad, desktop and IWP compatible. 5 different reports required. 2. Snaglist Manager This module will cater for onsite capture and management of job specific finishing snaglists. Also requires communication via sms and / or email to subscribed parties and all layouts also need to be iPad, desktop and IWP compatible. Container fields need to make use of the Supercontainer plugin which we are already running in our Filemaker Server Advanced environment. 4 different reports required. 3. Query & Support ticketing Module This module will allow users to open, manage and close internal, interdepartmental queries. Very similar to a support ticketing system. All layouts (not necessarily function) need to be iPad, desktop and IWP compatible. 7 different reports required. 4. Document Warehouse Module Using Supercontainer, this module needs to store and manage all documents (pdf, xls, jpg, bmp, dwg, dxf, etc) related to records within all tables across our several databases. Search engine functionality and security required. All layouts (not necessarily function) need to be iPad, desktop and IWP compatible. 5 different reports required. 5. Salaries Recon Module This module will enable our Site and Project managers to allocate their time to various jobs. All layouts (not necessarily function) need to be iPad, desktop and IWP compatible. 4 different reports required.
