I am looking for a personalised website traffic building plan to be developed and shared with me in a conference/Skype call. I have been bootstrapping the development of my site and application for some time and now need some guidance on how to promote it effectively to grow the sites traffic. As I am personally bootstrapping the project my budget means that I'll need to do all of the work myself but I am looking for some professional advice on what needs to be done next and over the next few weeks & months and which items should be prioritised over others. I am NOT looking for a proposal for someone else to do the work – any such offers will NOT be considered. Until now I've been focused on the development of the site, application (which is now as good as my competitors) and the on-boarding process. I have been using Adwords to generate some initial traffic to develop the application & onboarding process. I am now happy with the first-pass on boarding process so want to start focusing on building traffic. I will provide: - Access to the site and application - My aims and targets for the business - A description of the sites competitive niche and ideal/target customer - Access to my Google Analytics account I would expect the successful freelancer to: - Carry out an initial conference/Skype call to clarify the brief - Carry out a complete review the site and application - Review the sites historical Google Analytics - Deliver a written traffic building plan - Carry out a conference/Skype call to run me through the traffic building plan If this works out, I'd be interested in looking at a regular, longer-term 'guidance' arrangement with the same freelancer.
