I have a php coder who is very good but he is going on a long holiday with his family, so I need another one as well. When he comes back he will have more work from me but whoever I chose now, if he is good I will have constant work for him too. I have had many bad experiences in the past and as such need to be careful this time. You need to be very proefficient in the following 1) PHP 2) joomla 3) drupla 4) wordpress 5) shopping carts and APIs I will pay PER PROJECT and initially couple of times i will pay ONLY AFTER project is finished. AT the most I will make an escrow but NOT RELEASE a single cent till project is complete. I have had 3 bad experiences in the past with people cheating me on GAF and not ready to have anymore. Please get back to me I have 3 projects in hand which will be made on JOOMLA and 3rd part cart customisation. Please dont bid if you are not an expert and dont have atleast five 10 star rating.
