HTML mobile website - repost

Hi, I need a html mobile website to be built. Need the cheapest price you can quote me for this, because I don't have the budget for this. Let me know what you think. It is basically a mock up for an app. So I don't actually need all the functionalities to be working and connected to a database. Just clickable and pretend like its working. Functionalities are like this - For the menu: 1. View your wall : this links to the home page 2. Send some love: links to send page 3. Team statistics: Links to team stats page 4. Leaderboard: links to leaderboard page For the home page: 1. You need to have 15 entries. (you can see TWO on the design) Only 5 will appear at one time. It will be like an infinite scroll, so you scroll down and then 5 more appear.. upto a maximum of 15 entries. 2. The Reply button should be clickable in each post. It will link to the "Send" page. You will need to retrieve the users name from the post and populate it in the reply. (This can be hardcoded as well since only 15 entries) 3. Clicking on any post will bring up the view wall page. This is basically like a lightbox effect - where the post appears in full on top of the other content. And when the user shuts the window, it goes back to the homepage. View Wall function: 1. Clicking on close will take the user back to the homepage. 2.. Clicking previous and next will take the user between posts. 3. Reply links to the send page. Send page: 1. In the "To: " box - you will need to populate a total of 3 names. Allow the user to select one. Each name has an image as well. 2. For upload image - user can upload an image which will appear in the content box. 3. For send hug - user can select between 3-4 gifs that we will provide. The gif needs to appear in the content box. 4. For sticker - user can select 3-4 images that we will provide. The image needs to appear in the content box. For team stats: 1. Charts page - from the trends file. 2. This will display a new chart for every month. 3. For Most appreciative, appreciated - The page will look the same. Just different images of people with different numbers. Leaderboard: 1. Fill page is one image. ---------------------------------------------- 1. Send me ONLY 3 mobile websites that you have done. 2.
