Simple Graphics Design/Editing Project - PSD provided

This project consists of editing one existing PSD file to create two new graphics files (one displays on web page load and the other displays on mouse over) and creating one new graphic which would like in PSD and GIF format. The image that needs to be edited is the left navigation menu in the image attached to this project. We simply need to add a menu option labeled "Resource Library" between "Newsletter" and "MyFASI Portal". As for the new image, it should look identical to this, except say "Resource Library": [login to view URL]
