User Interface expert for a website

Hello! I 'm Janette, a freelance website usability tester with a 5 star rating on [login to view URL] and whatusersdo.com. I believe I can give you some help in testing the usability of your website redesign. I can clearly express my opinions on your website design, layout and navigation and will show you how a 'typical' customer may behave on your website/using the software and point out what is right, and more importantly what is wrong with it! I undertake my testing by visiting the site afresh so I can give you a brand new user perspective and video my screen and voice, talking out loud my thoughts, suggesting improvements as I go. I am not a software engineer/IT techy, just a typical customer. I use many ecommerce sites on a daily basis and have a broad understanding of the internet marketplace.
