Integrate AI Chatbots into my website and some Backend Coding

Hi! I’m looking for a developer to create an easy way for me to embed on my website custom chatbots I make in Claude, OpenAI GPT/Assistants etc., and limit each user’s access. **** Summary: ***** This is my end goal: I create various types of chatbots. Most are only based on prompts I write, a few will have to reference some PDFs with ~200 pages. I want to sell access to them. Example: A customer pays $10 and gets access to talk to a certain chatbot for 20 minutes. After those 20 minutes are up, the customer has to blocked from chatting any more and be prompted to pay for another session. I will be selling access to the first chat session through another marketplace. (It must be that one, this can't be discussed.). I will set it up myself so that after they purchase, Zapier sends a notification to my Wordpress site, and a user is created there. What you need to do is to create a way for me to create and embed my chatbots, add a delay and typing effect in the chatbot, use fallback LLM APIs if the main one has issues, save the conversations so the chatbot has a long memory, and control the user's access to the chatbots. **** Overview of what you need to develop and how it needs to work: ****** My idea how to go about this might not be the best method. I'm open to integrating/using a 3rd party solution or using some pre-made solution, if that makes it easier, as long as it meets my requirements and does NOT cost a lot more for each token. What I have in mind: You’ll need to connect with APIs and create a very simple front-end interface for me to create chatbots (write prompts, upload files for training when applicable, choose OpenAI Assistants), manage the chatbots (edit/delete etc.), and see conversations and stats. 1. In the interface (which you will create) on my site, I create custom chatbots. The interface needs to have an orderly list of chatbots one beneath another. For each chatbot, I can select which primary service I want to use (Claude, OpenAI etc.) and if I want to use a fallback service or not, configure the settings (temperature, max tokens etc.), upload an image for that chatbot’s profile, enter the chatbot’s system prompt, enable or disable vision and user file uploads, and upload training document files (when applicable). The interface also needs to have a section where I can view conversations people had with the chatbots and track token usage per conversation and per user. 2. Customers buy access (on a 3rd party marketplace) to chat with a certain chatbot, let’s call it ‘chatbot1’. Their purchase info is sent to my site via Zapier integration (I will do this). An account is created on my website (I am thinking to do it myself through the WordPress Uncanny Automator plugin with WooCommerce). Include the key word blue at the start of your bid to show you read this. The customer is directed to a certain thank you page on my website where chatbot1 is embedded. (I’m thinking it might be best to create the chatbot CMS system on a subdomain and the thank you pages with the embedded chatbots. Not sure what’s the best solution.) 3. Over the chatbot, there’s a countdown timer that starts at 20 minutes. A big button tells the user to click it when they’re ready to imitate their chat session. After clicking it, the chat is activated (they can start messaging the chatbot) and the counter starts going down from 20 minutes. 4. Each time a reply comes from the AI service through the API, it needs to have a custom delay (like 0.1 seconds times the total token amount) and to have a typing effect to look like the chat agent is typing. So the replies the user gets never come really fast or instantly, always with a delay. 5. Because there are often errors with Claude/OpenAI, it needs to check for errors in the API’s reply, and if there’s an error, it pauses for 5 seconds, and retries the API. After 10 attempts, if there is still an error, it needs to: either use a fallback service that I set, or if I set it not to use any other service, it needs to stop the timer, pause the chat and tell the user there was an error and to return in 5 minutes. Include the second key word ice cream at the start of your bid. 6. When the user’s time runs out and the status bar hits 0, a popup covers their chat blocking them from chatting anymore. The popup tells them that their chat finished and asks them if they want to buy another session. The popup contains a buy button. (In the back, it needs to add a tag in the user's account that says they completed the chat.) 7. If the person wants to continue their chat and clicks the buy button, they are taken to a checkout on my website. This will be a WooCommerce product checkout. After they buy, they can return to their chat. The timer (and their token limits) is reset for another 20 minutes. 8. All the user’s conversations and sessions need to be saved to a separate DB from our Wordpress (probably to a Maria DB on our server). 9. I need to receive email notifications with warnings if there are a certain amount of errors (I will set the threshold/requirements in the settings). For instance, if during one hour Claude’s API keeps failing and returning empty responses, I need to receive an email warning me about that. I am not rigid in my approach. If you think there’s a better way to do this, I’m completely open to hearing your suggestions.
