Project Title: HSE Auditor on site in Qatar Industry: Oil and Gas Specific Area of HSE Auditing: Safety Inspections Expected Timeline: 3-4 weeks Skills and Experience: - Extensive knowledge and experience in HSE auditing in the oil and gas industry - Proficient in conducting safety inspections and identifying potential hazards and risks - Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards - Ability to analyze and evaluate safety procedures and protocols - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations - Detail-oriented and organized to ensure thorough and accurate inspections - Ability to work within a specified timeline and deliver results within 3-4 weeks To participate as an Auditor to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the governance, risk management, and controls of the Rig Operations process in line with Client's objectives and requirements. The scope of the audit will cover the following: - ● Drilling operation Engineering activities, ● Drilling Operations (Drilling rigs) for all new wells and workover for existing wells, ● Well Completion & Handover ● Monitoring of Contractors mobilized for the job, ● Rig Contract administration, estimation, and monitoring of well cost, budgeting, and departmental performance reporting for the rig operation, ● Rig schedule for both onshore and offshore fields, ● Monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and environmental performance for the rig operation. Services Required: ● Perform audit work in accordance with cleint's internal auditing standards and IIA Standards. ● Review, understand, and execute the audit program to meet the audit objectives. ● Document the audit testing results in a timely manner, with high-quality and adequate working papers (using templates provided). ● Audit findings/observations are to be well documented in Audit Memos with adequate supporting documentation. ● Discuss and agree on the potential observations/ gaps identified with the Lead Auditor on a timely basis. ● Discuss and agree with the auditee/client on the agreed observations/gaps. ● Document Audit Memos (within 2 days from their identification and agreement) and have them approved by the Lead Auditor and Head. Audit Areas to be covered: The relevant audit or Rig Operations and drilling experience is required to cover the following audit scope areas: ● Drilling operation Engineering activities, ● Drilling·operations (Drilling rigs) for all new wells and workover for existing wells, ● Well Completion & Handover ● Monitoring of Contractors mobilized for the job, ● Rig Contract administration, estimation, and monitoring of well cost, budgeting, and departmental performance reporting for the rig operation, ● Rig schedule for both onshore and offshore fields, ● Monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and environment performance for the rig operation
