Chrome Extension for Comprehensive Web Log

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a Chrome extension that logs specific web data. This browser extension is meant to automatically save all resources loaded by the browser, capturing the following: - URLs of resources - File types of resources - Sizes of resources - Time of access I expect this project to be completed as soon as possible.
