I need a sophisticated Excel spreadsheet designed and developed for tracking key performance aspects of my dumper truck and excavator rental company. The spreadsheet needs to be well-organized, easy to navigate, and detail-oriented, focusing on the following elements: - Expenses: Detailed tracking of an array of expenses. The ability to enter itemized costs is a must, and other daily expenses (office, car fuel..). Also monthly expenses like rent, salaries, bonuses and truck or excavator maintenance ect. - Income: This should include a breakdown of different revenue sources. - Employee tracking: A system to input and manage each employee's work hours. - Machine rental: Documentation of the equipment rented, including the duration of rental. - Fuel consumption: Dedicated section to record fuel usage by each piece of machinery. - Machinery utilization: The calculation of utilization percentage considering hours of operation and kilometers driven on a daily basis. And i need all in Daily, Weekly and monthly overview The ideal candidate for this task should be well-versed in Excel programming and possess a strong understanding of financial tracking and reporting. Experience in developing similar spreadsheets for equipment rental or construction businesses would be a significant asset.
