please allow me to introduce myself: My name is Christian Feierabend. I am an Attorney at law, bar certified specialist in international business law and a market entry specialist.
We are a „one-stop-agency“ for business law matters, with focus on contracts and agreements, corporate structures, transactions, international distribution, conflict resolution, IP, market entry and business visas, employee immigration.
We also cover complementary areas of law for our clients, like employment and tenancy.
As you asked for a specific offer for registration of a company in Germany, I like to give a short overview on the relevant cost positions. My further remarks are based on the assumption that a GmbH is founded with a share capital of EUR 25.000. The procedural costs of the formation (notary and commercial register) amount to approximately EUR 1.000.
The largest cost item is usually the consultation on the legal structure and the preparation of the articles of association.
The time it take to form and effort required for this depends on the complexity of the project and the consulting needs of the client. For simple formations, it starts in the range of EUR 2.000, for more complex projects it can be considerably more. Further costs can arise for the legal examination on the company name, obtaining chamber of commerce opinions on the company name and the preparation of powers of attorney for the notarization process.
Best regards,
Christian
