If you can automate and integrate workflows that currently still require manual actions in Google sheets, Slack, or bank accounts, LOTT can reach its next stage of growth. Our company operates at the forefront of Online Advertising. We help online webshops and other eCommerce-related companies to advertise on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Google. We provide our clients advertising accounts that 1) provide a guaranteed continuity of their advertising process and 2) give them the freedom to scale ad budget quickly, as desired. The ideal candidate has exceptional knowledge of Google Sheets, data gathering, business automation and data visualization. You need to be a self-starter, strategic thinker, and great communicator. Utilizing your experience with Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools to organise and track data 2. Hallo, I am happy to assist you in the project. Currently I am managing the Make and Zapier environment for a customer. I have created and built over 100 scenarios in the project. We have integration with Google Sheets, Quickbooks, Airtable, Front, Salesforce, Asana, AWS, Postgres SQL etc. 1. What automation that you've build made the biggest impact on a client's business performance? I built an automation, that pulled calendar entries from employee calendars and created weekly timesheets. It ran successfully for around 7 years, before it was decommissioned. 2. Availability I am available around 20 hours per week. 3. How long I have been doing this. I have around 20 years in IT experience. I have experience in integrating SOAP and REST APIs in Google Sheets and automating repetitive tasks that require manual actions. Answers to your three questions: 1. One of my past clients was a business based in South Carolina, USA. They sell items like antique furniture on several online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and others. They wanted a solution to pull order details from these marketplaces using their corresponding web APIs into their Google Sheets in which they manage their customer's order details. They also wanted the ability to create and send purchase orders to their suppliers simply by clicking on a custom menu item. I added all these features and some more to their Google Sheets. It saved them a lot of manual work they used to do daily. 2. I can give you at most 30 hours a week. 3. I've been writing Google Apps Scripts for Google Sheets and Gmail since 2018.
