need 1 banner

I need 1 banner designed by an experienced graphics designer. I require 2 options to choose from. Selected winner must begin the work immediately and show 2 options within 2 hours from the time selected. If there is a delay, the project will be immediately terminated and reported as incomplete. I'll provide the text and the dimensions, you need to use an appropriate image and it should be free. I will also provide a reference on the kind of banner I like. Any bids over 10 USD will be declined. If I am not happy with 2 options presented, you must present another 2 options in next 2 hours or cancel the project
