We have a wordpress website which we created only 3 weeks ago but we do not like it and our competition website is much better. I want an experienced developer to reinstall wordpress, change the theme and completely redesign the website by looking at examples and make it much better. The content has already been put onto wordpress so this will make things simple for the developer. Some parts that needs to be done include: -> Develop website on own server and then once complete transfer over to my server so there is no downtime -> Website must be SEO friendly and changes done should keep SEO in mind -> Professional banners should be created on homepage where needed -> Along with a new professional theme I will choose from the selection provided by the developer, they should restructure the website to make it extremely user friendly and easy to navigate -> Search function etc. should work properly -> Appropriate plugins should be installed to secure the website from hacks -> 301 Redirects should be done from old website URL's -> Any theme changes should be done using a child theme so the website is fully update capable.
