**Description:** I am embarking on an exciting venture to create an innovative Airbnb resort using converted shipping containers as villas. While I am only in the initial stages and have not secured land yet, I am are eager to begin the design process to bring my vision to life. **Scope of Work:** I am searching for a talented and experienced architect or designer who specializes in container architecture and hospitality design to help create a concept for an Airbnb resort. The main objective is to design a modern and functional layout that maximizes space while providing a unique and comfortable experience for my guests. **Key Requirements:** - Expertise in container architecture and hospitality design - Ability to create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings - Experience designing Airbnb accommodations or boutique hotels - Understanding of building codes and regulations - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely **Project Details:** The resort will consist of multiple "villas," each featuring two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, and an outdoor space with a small swimming pool and patio area. The design should prioritize modern aesthetics, sustainability, and guest comfort. **Deliverables:** - Initial concept sketches and mood boards - Detailed floor plans for each villa - 3D renderings to visualize the design - Material and finishes selection - Recommendations for sustainable design elements **Timeline and Budget:** We are flexible with the timeline and budget for this project, and I am willing to negotiate based on the expertise and experience of the selected candidate.
