SOURCE IP (INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IP) to HOSTED VPS CLOUD SERVER IP to VPN IP (PUBLIC IP).

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project titled "SOURCE IP (INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IP) to HOSTED VPS CLOUD SERVER IP to VPN IP (PUBLIC IP)". The project involves the following requirements: - Source IP: I am open to any internet service provider (ISP) for the source IP. - VPN IP: The primary purpose of the VPN IP is to provide anonymity. - VPN Protocol: The preferred VPN protocol to be used is L2TP/IPSec. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in configuring and setting up VPN connections. - Proficiency in working with different ISPs and understanding their IP configurations. - Knowledge of L2TP/IPSec VPN protocol and its implementation. PROJECT EXPLANATION: I need a system where I can run any VPN company's application on my VPS (Reputed rented cloud server) and I should be with a single click be easily able to connect to my VPS server through OPEN VPN application from my phone and that VPS server of mine should be running a VPN application of mine to enable my Public IP to be a VPN IP. The VPN server that is hosted on my VPS should have an active kill switch always functional to ensure that the Public IP used for browsing is always a VPN IP only and doesn't have any sort of leaks like the VPS IP or the Source IP of mine exposed as a public while surfing the internet. From my phone application itself, I should be able to control my VPS server functionality for changing VPN protocols/Server locations on real time basis of the VPN app that is hosted on my VPS server i.e. I should be able to easily be able to use all the VPN protocols offered by the VPN company and I also should be with a single click easily be able to switch between all protocols/VPN server locations offered by my VPN company i.e. like Wireguard protocol/IkEV2/NordLynx/OpenVPN-TCP/OpenVPN-UDP. CORE REQUIREMENTS: Basic idea is to securely route the entire internet traffic with totally zero leaks of Source IP & zero leaks of VPS IP by ultimately using the VPN IP as a public IP in VPN censorship regions. MY SOURCE IP i.e the IP of my local internet service provider connecting to ANY RENTED CLOUD VPS SERVER IP to THE VPN SERVICE PROVIDER IP ultimately as my Public IP so that only and only the VPN IP is always exposed as a public IP for surfing the internet with a VPS CLOUD SERVER IP functional as a mediator IP between the VPN IP and my Source IP. There should be strictly zero leaks of my Internet Service provider's IP i.e. my Source IP and also zero leaks of the VPS CLOUD PROVIDER'S IP while surfing the internet with all the control available in my phone application for easy functioning. The destination IP exposed to my internet service provider should strictly be the VPS CLOUD SERVER IP (Mediator IP) only and not the VPN IP (PUBLIC IP).
