Exhibition Assistant for CEMF Event

I'm seeking an Exhibition Assistant for the upcoming CEMF event at the Shanghai National Convention & Exhibition Center from April 11 to 14. Company Introduction: A Southeast Asian local enterprise specializing in regulatory consulting services for the registration of medical devices in Southeast Asia. Headquartered in Singapore, with branches in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, we assist manufacturers in gaining market access in Southeast Asia by acting as their local representative, holding certifications, and maintaining post-market compliance. Job Description: Our company is set to participate in the CEMF exhibition held at the Shanghai National Convention & Exhibition Center. For this event, we are looking for two enthusiastic exhibition assistants to join our team and assist with booth management and customer reception during the exhibition. This is a temporary position for 4 days, with responsibilities including but not limited to: - Handling and coordinating all tasks before, during, and after the exhibition to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, including maintaining the aesthetics of the booth. - Managing the booth, welcoming exhibitors or other visitors, engaging in brief communications and recording their contact information. - Issuing, and distributing exhibition-related documents and materials to exhibitors to ensure they understand our services. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in exhibitions, sales, or the medical field. Good organizational and communication skills. Age requirement: 20-40 years old.
