Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time remote BD join our team. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities within the home textile, home improvement and home furniture B2B market. This is a commission-based role, where you will earn a percentage of the sales generated. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build, and nurture relationships with key clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential business opportunities within the textile B2B sector.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to company management team.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to anticipate market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing is required.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B sales. Preferable in B2B sales within in home textile, home improvement and home furniture industry.
• Have knowledge of textile products, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong business ability to analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills.
• It’s part-time position, be able to work remotely, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
