Help me with Book Marketing (Female candidates only)

I need a Marketing associate/intern based in Bangalore, India who can play the role of the main character (female, 20-25 yrs) in my novel. Job involves 2-4 hrs of participation/involvement per week, mostly on weekends. The project may last between 2-4 months based on market response. Selected candidate will have to read the novel, understand the main character's personality and accompany the author on book reading and book signing sessions where she will have to interact with the author and the readers/audience. Selected candidate needs to be very presentable, a good communicator and understand the basics of marketing a book. A demonstrated acumen to generate and build on leads would be an added bonus. If I like the presence and intellectual energy you bring to the Bangalore sessions, I may choose your services for similar sessions planned in other locations later. The novel in question is a pastlife thriller and has been a #12 bestseller on Amazon in 2013.
