Stock Price Buy Indicator

I have designed a basic app that will pull a .csv data file based on a given stock code from Yahoo finance, running a set formula using data from the .csv file to offer indicators for whether a person should consider buying a given stock or not. This will be a simple project - it has a splash screen, a screen to enter a stock code and then a button to run a formula, then a screen to display results of the formula. It should allow for advertising to be included as this is a free app, plus have error alert for: no internet connection, no data in the csv file (wrong or invalid stock code) and no .csv file available (Yahoo finance is down). I have prepared the a pdf file which details the overview, the framework and the formula, as well as the workflow between screens and interactions. I will provide full style guide and layout, but developer must offer available options for elements such as buttons, alert boxes and spacing requirements for advertising. Also developer needs to specify what is required from a server/ftp to temporarily save the .csv file downloads before being deleted at end of each query. I can provide the file to interested parties.
