Zen-Cart Drop Down Cart and Template Fixes

Template updates for our Zen-Cart site: 1. Change the tabbed boxes "New Items" and "On Sale" on the home page to stacked (on top of eachother) instead of tabs and fix the design accordingly (ie. get rid of the tabbed titles as it will waste space when stacked) 2. Create a drop-down cart in the header that displays the number of items in the cart and when clicked drops down a box with the cart contents.
