Looking for COMPLETED dota 2 keys and rares trade bot

i'm not looking for very complicated stuffs. but i do not have sufficient knowledge in this field. What i'm looking for is a dota 2 trade bot, it trades using steam. I suppose.. I'm searching for those who has made this before and can sell me the software/program around my budget. If you don't know what is this, please dont bid. Bot also requires : changeable rate for keys and rares, only trading standard quality items which are WEARABLE, please add on a place for me to list down what this bot does not accept. i need it to auto chat with people who adds me telling them the rate of exchange and current stocks.
